Ever been to a workshop, yoga class, meditation class, a modern healing modality? Often they ask you to visualise. And while that may seem simple to some, after teaching yoga for 12 years I can tell you that not everyone is confident of their ability to do this. Not everyone lying on the yoga mat beside you in Savasana, can simply visualise from verbal prompts.

Blessings are ripples of love travelling in different ways from teachers to friends, from my home to yours, across the earth, from one heart to another.

I’m conscious of so many conversations about scans, biopsies, scares, urologists, cancer grades, check ups and the like. And I believe its right to pay attention to all this info, but also I’m mindful not to linger there. I can’t be helpful or be supportive, if I’m drowning in it too. So I’m spending a part of each day filling the tank, so I can keep my foot on the pedal, or keep the boat right side up headed to true north.

I believe that Radiance comes from inner alignment, which results in a sense of ease. When we feel at ease, in our own lane, aligned it illuminates. We SHIMMER. Its wonderful way to try to live.

Life is gloriously messy, its achingly beautiful, it shatters your heart and uplifts you so that your brimming with joy. Somedays its like Melbourne weather all seasons in one day.

I was talking to my son who is going to work in a US Summer Camp for 3 months. He’s headed to the deep south and the camp he’s a staff member at is a Christian Camp. In alot of his coworkers Instagram Bio’s are quote’s from the bible and emojis. So interesting I thought.
